Excuse Our Dust
We launched this site more than three years ago, and now it's time for a
face lift. We're just finishing our latest expansion, and now we need to
feature our new restaurant, art gallery and new staff members.
We're adding lots of new content and new features, so be patient.
Thanks! |

Vino Tasting Schedule Every
week, Carpe Vino presents three flights of wine for tasting. Each flight usually
consists of five wines, served in 1.5-ounce portions. A flight of wines from Auburn's
Mt. Vernon Winery are always available, but two flights change weekly. The idea
is if you come to the wine bar frequently, you'll get to explore a wide range
of wines at a very low cost, and you'll encounter some great new vintages. Flights
are variably priced depending on the cost of the wine, but generally range between
$4 and $10. Our
flights always have a theme, usually covering a single winery or a single varietal.
Occasionally, however, we'll do a goofy flight, such as our recent Hollywood flight,
where every wine had a connection a film industry personality. Here's
our tentative schedule for the next couple of months. Check back often because
we make changes on the fly, depending on what new wines we encounter or special
deals we get. We look forward to seeing you at the PickFair Bar soon. |
