Seems like every year during the height of summer’s heat, business slows down everywhere. Not at Carpe Vino. . .we’ve been pounding the pavement to root out great wine deals, and we’ve been selling wine like crazy. . .even though opening a nice bottle of red isn’t top of mind for most people when temperatures spike past 90 degrees.
Drew has been sniffing out unique, affordable wines to offer to our beloved Wine Club members. This month, we’re sending out three bottles of wine for both the $40 and $75 White clubs. More wine, more value, more warm fuzziness.
For August, we’re showcasing some great labels and winemakers: Yorba, Mason, Gregory Graham (late of Rombauer) and Hollywood & Vine (Celia Welsh). And this month, check out the case production levels. . .tiny in most cases.
