When describing Chef Dube’s “Street Corn” Agnolotti we said it was “unequivocally one of the best bites we have tasted this year.” That’s because the “Banana Pudding Cheesecake” made by Chef Olivia Poulos is the other one!!!
This cheesecake has incredible texture and its density is perfection, not too fluffy and not to hard. Your fork will gently ease through its banana crème anglaise filling, but still hold shape for a solid bite, with the nilla wafer bottom still intact. Topped with Chantilly cream and banana brûlée it truly a delight! As Chef Poulos said best, “it’s summer in a dessert!”
