This year the Chinese New Year falls on January 25th and we’re celebrating with a THREE-COURSE PRIX-FIXE in the Carpe Vino Wine Mine.  Chef Tim Dube and his team will be opening up their bag of tricks with their interpretation of Chinese cuisine.  Here is what we will be offering:

“Dumplings” to signify wealth.

Bbq Pork Bao Buns, Pickled Vegetables, Yakiniku Sauce

“Noodles” to signify happiness and longevity.

Hot and Sour Egg Drop Ramen

“Fish” to signify an increase in prosperity.

Whole Roasted Fish, Steamed Rice, Traditional Accompaniments (served family style)

 This event is limited to 24 tickets, which are now “ON-SALE,” online, today Monday, January 13th.  Tickets cost is $49.95++/per person and includes the cost of dinner (tax/gratuity NOT included), along with TWO beverages (beer, wine, cocktail) to be chosen from a list offered that night.

Total price per ticket; dinner, tax, gratuity and two drinks will be $63.56/ticket.
