With such a successful response last week, Chef Eric Alexander and Pitmaster Spencer Smith decided to fire up “Big Burda” and smoke some wings again this week! These babies are rubbed in garlic salt, lemon pepper, mesquite/chili powder all while basking in smoke from oak and mesquite wood!
