1/2 POUND – SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS – TOMORROW 2/15/18

TOMORROW – THURSDAY – FEBRUARY 15th – and only while wings last – we will be offering up a HALF POUND of SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS.  With such a successful response last week, Chef Eric Alexander and Pitmaster Spencer Smith decided to fire up “Big Burda” and smoke some wings again this week!  These babies are rubbed in garlic salt, lemon pepper, mesquite/chili powder all while basking in smoke from oak and mesquite wood!

Your HALF-POUND of Chicken Wings can be sauced with either a CLASSIC BUFFALO and/or Chinese-Style Coca Cola Glaze!
