“An Appetite for the Americas” is Next Prix Fixe

With the 2016 Olympic Games set to begin in early August, Chef Alexander thought it would be fitting to create a prix-fixe menu based on the diverse cuisines of the America’s.  I wanted to call it our “Zika” menu, but once again I was overruled.

This menu is going to be something very different. . .just south of exotic.  Click here for the course-by-course details, but how does Tombo Tuna Ceviche sound as an appetizer–or Grilled Octopus Taco?  For main course, Chef is offering Jerk Sea Bass as one of his three options.  And, of course, we’ll have Dominican Bizcocho Cake as one of the dessert options.

We’re a little bit behind the curve with this information.  The event begins next Tuesday, June 21 and runs through Sunday, June 27.  You know what to expect regarding the logistics:  four courses with 10 dishes overall for $59.95 per person++.  We recommend you make reservations by calling 530-823-0320 or go online and dial up www.opentable.com.

This is going to be a tasty tour and we’ll look forward to being your guide!
