Carpe Vino’s 2017 prix-fixe season launches tomorrow January 24 with “Citrus Celebration,” a virtual walk through the citrus orchards of Placer County that continues through February 4. Chef Alexander has tapped into relationships throughout the region as well as sourcing fruit from his Four Tines Farm that he operates with his wife and our pastry chef, Courtney McDonald.
Our regular menu runs in parallel with the prix-fixe, so you have a full range of options. And, we’ll continue with our new program of offering the prix-fixe for two weeks (every other month).
