Just a friendly reminder that Carpe Vino and CV Wine & Spirits reopen with regular hours today! Looking ahead, our only closure will be on January 1st, 2020.

CARPE VINO’S BAR will now be OPEN @ 2PM every Friday & Saturday during the winter season! We will be offering full bar service, so you can enjoy your favorite wines, beer or cocktails prepared by wonderful service staff. While enjoying your favorite libation, we will have “Snacks” located on the CV Menu (image below) available from 2-9PM! These will be the only food items available between 2pm-5pm. Starting at 5pm, our FULL DINING MENU and snacks menu are available in the bar/restaurant. We look forward to seeing you…TWO HOURS EARLIER on FRIDAY AND SATURDAY!

With New Year’s Eve reservations being confirmed this week, we will undoubtedly have cancellations. If you are interested in joining us for New Year’s Eve 2020, now is the time to give us a call and secure your booking or be added to the wait list for a specific time! Seatings are extremely limited.
Chefs Tim Dube & Olivia Poulos, along with their talented cooking team will be presenting a custom “Five-Course” tasting menu to welcome in the New Year. The full menu is viewable below, but it will include; Lobster, Scallops, Ribeye…OH MY!?! Join us and relax as CV’s service staff guides you through your evening, course-by-course, sip-by-sip, which will include a complimentary glass of Schramsberg Sparkling Wine upon your arrival!
Cost is $120/person++ (does not include tax or gratuity) but will include a complimentary glass of Schramsberg sparkling wine!!! OpenTable will not be available for New Year’s Eve Reservations.
WITH NOTIFICATION AT TIME OF RESERVATION, our menu can accommodate the following dietary restrictions; pescatarian, vegetarian and gluten free. Unfortunately, due to this specific Prix-Fixe menu we cannot accommodate requests for Vegan-only menus.
Carpe Vino’s Wine By-The Glass/Cocktail List & Wines By The Bottle List will be available. Corkage Fee is $20/bottle, limit two bottles per reservation.
