CV’S THURSDAY SMOKED SPECIALTY ~ SMOKED VEAL CHEEKS ~ TONIGHT ONLY

Pretty much a guarantee, you ain’t tried this one before!  TONIGHT, starting at 5PM, Chef Eric Alexander and Pitmaster Spencer Smith will be unveiling “Smoked Veal Cheeks” for the first time on our rotating “Thursday Smoked Specialty” menu!  Pitmaster Smith was here early to fire up good ole “Big Burda,” the most beautiful and perfect vessel to wrap this delicate meat with a consistent 225*, wood-fired smoke.  Trust us when we say these babies will be perfectly seasoned for your eating enjoyment.

Being prepared as an ENTRÉE, this single-serving of SMOKED VEAL CHEEKS (pulled w/red wine sauce) accompanied by creamy grits, herb salad, and shaved horseradish will run you $24.  Available both in the restaurant and bar starting at 5pm until SOLD OUT.
