FFROSE.130335Faire La Fete Brut Rose Cremant De Limoux NV (France)

Winery Tasting Notes:
70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir

“Coral in color with aromas of white cherry and just-ripened wild strawberries. Fresh citrus acidity is balanced by minerality and a brioche and shortcake finish.”

Obsidian-Ridge-2.1009552015 Obsidian Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon (Lake County)

Winery Tasting Notes:
“Dark aromas of ripe blackberries and black currants mulled with spicy cloves and anise rise from the glass, complemented by hints of cacao beans and dark chocolate nibs. On the palate, the wine is dense and full-bodied, with a core of black fruit compote and hints of licorice. is is a textured wine with medium tannins, nishing with a dusting of light oak tannin. While still youthful, this is quite the impressive rendition of our Estate offering.”

CAB-GENERIC.1012182014 Buehler “Estate” Cabernet Sauvigon (Napa Valley, CA)

Winery Tasting Notes:

“The aromas hint at black fruit: ripe black cherries and black plums. Enticing barrel qualities of cola and spice complement the fruit aromas. On the palate, the wine shows layers of deeply extracted flavors that only mature hillside vineyards can give. Enjoy for 15- 20 years from the vintage.”

RLT4.124254Road Les Traveled IV (by Behrens Family) Red Wine (California)

Winery Tasting Notes:
53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Tempranillo, 7% Petite Sirah, 7% Malbec, 3% Cabernet Franc

“Road Trip!! We are always excited when it is time to roll out our favorite non-vintage wine. The RLT4 is dense, red/purple/black and loaded. Currant, cedar and blackberry notes jump from the glass, followed by flavors of bright cherry, menthol, sweet oak and dried herbs. Chocolate cherry cordial, cigar ash and charcuterie add intrigue to the broad finish. Everything one needs to hit the road and satisfy that Wanderlust!”
