Local Farmers and Producers

Since the day we opened the restaurant, Carpe Vino has aggressively sought to source produce and meats for our menu from local farmers. From sustainably grown fruits & vegetables to grass-fed and hormone free lamb, we do our best to purchase PlacerGrown whenever we can. Carpe Vino showcases menus produced exclusively from foods purchased at the Auburn Farmer’s Market. And that’s where you will find our chef, Eric Alexander, walking the aisles every Saturday morning.
