UNCLE NEAREST 1856 PREMIUM WHISKEY (Tennessee)
APPEARANCE – Light caramel, straw/hay, beautiful deep golden hue.
NOSE – Bale of hay, dried grass, stone fruit notes of ripe peach and apricot, caramel corn and sweet maple.
PALATE – Spicy caramel up front with the proof, hints of maple then mellows with dried fruit and floral notes. Sweetness and spice reminiscent of freshly baked oatmeal raisin cookies.
FINISH – Long and rich finish, lingers pleasantly sweet on the palate, notes of vanilla.

NOSE – Rich, sweet, caramel, butterscotch aromas are followed by a corn whiskey backbone.
PALATE – The flavor of sweet corn whiskey is followed up with a touch of sweetness from the sherry featuring dried fruits, almonds, and bitter chocolate.
FINISH – Provides a heavy dose of robust spiciness from the Rye.

Color: Medium Oak.
Aroma: As you would expect, the aromas are filled with warm peanuts and honey.
Taste: Again, the taste of fresh roasted peanut come first, followed by toasted rye bread, Butterfingers candy bars, and a dash of pepper.
