NOW… just when you think it can’t get any better, Chef Alexander and Pitmaster Spencer Smith have collaborated to add one more delicious ingredient to this already mouthwatering masterpiece; Smoked Beef Short Rib! Our second version of “FOS” tonight will be everything aforementioned with the addition of pulled smoked beef short rib.
