“FRENCH ONION SOUP” w/ SMOKED BEEF SHORT RIB TONIGHT ONLY @5PM

IT’S BACK…BUT WITH A TWIST!  Tonight we will be offering two versions of Chef Alexander’s “FRENCH ONION SOUP!”  If the picture doesn’t look good enough, one taste of this caramelized onion masterpiece with Baguette Crouton and gooey-molten Comte Cheese all basking in Chef Alexander’s house-made beef broth.

NOW… just when you think it can’t get any better, Chef Alexander and Pitmaster Spencer Smith have collaborated to add one more delicious ingredient to this already mouthwatering masterpiece; Smoked Beef Short Rib!  Our second version of “FOS” tonight will be everything aforementioned with the addition of pulled smoked beef short rib.

Best part…we have plenty so come and join us!  “French Onion Soup” will be available both in the CV Wine Bar & Restaurant @5pm!
