At Carpe Vino, we do something a bit differently on New Year’s Eve…we cater to the folks who want to be comfortably at home before the amateurs hit the street after midnight. We focus on the more conservative revelers who want to enjoy a great dinner without all the hub-bub and party favors.
So as is our custom on New Year’s Eve, Chef Alexander has designed a four-course, prix fixe finale for 2013.
