If it’s July then I know one thing for sure and that is “CORN” Prix-Fixe is happening at Carpe Vino!  This is the baby that kicked off our ever so successful Prix-Fixe series which started back in 2011!  Four years later…the Carpe Vino Prix-Fixe dinner series is stronger than ever and looking at this NEW menu, it’s going to be another smashing success!  Chef Alexander doesn’t skimp on the details so don’t think for a second that this is just some recycled menu from last year!  Gaze below because we have the entire menu posted…oh snap…my mouth is watering at “Mexican Street Corn” (how about you PEG?!?).  “Everything Corn” kicks off on Tuesday, July 28th continuing through Sunday, August 2nd!  Reservations are a must and our “do everything man” Spencer is waiting at the phone for your call 530-823-0320!  Don’t feel like talkin…that’s cool…just click the banner above or the link below and be transported to OPENTABLE where you can pick your date and time!  Be on the lookout next week for a more detailed description from the Chef!
