OUR MEMORIAL WEEKEND SMOKED SPECIALITY!

For Memorial Weekend, we thought the addition of a “SMOKED SPECIALITY” might be just the ticket for your BBQ craving.  It is at that time of year that most of us finally clean our outside decks (or patios) and fire up OLE ‘CUE and invite neighbors, friends and/or family to enjoy the maiden cook-off of the summer-season.  Yeah, that’s what we are supposed to be doing, but it looks like rain, rain, rain again!

Join us at Carpe Vino tonight or tomorrow and (in addition to our regular menu) enjoy our Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich, accompanied with some of the finest mac n’ cheese tol ever touch your spoon!  Have family in town?  Bring ‘em with as ‘lil Johnny and Suzie will love this dish too!  Don’t forget, this pairs well with your favorite Bourbon or Scotch and we have a selection that can satisfy the most discerning palate!
