Options for celebrating New Year’s Eve are endless but celebrating at Carpe Vino should be TOP OF YOUR LIST!  Don’t delay!  Reserve today because last year our restaurant was fully committed seven days prior to NYE.  For the final evening of 2018, Chef Alexander has created a phenomenal five-course, prix-fixe menu (below) which will include: Maine Lobster Salad, Potato Crusted Halibut and Prime Angus Ribeye, just to get your palate salivating!

On the night of December 31st, Carpe Vino’s talented team of servers and cooks will take a measured approach to escorting Father Time to the back door.  We will offer our patrons a superb dining experience without party favors, loud bands and the press of over-served revelers.  It’s a laid-back affair, but with outstanding service and class.

Cost is $125++ (does not include tax or gratuity) per person with a complimentary glass of 2012 Schramsberg Brut Rose when seated!  Again, to secure your preferred time, reservations will only be accepted via phone: 530-823-0320 (x112).  No reservation is guaranteed until confirmed by a Carpe Vino staff member.  OpenTable will not be available for New Year’s Eve Reservations.  Carpe Vino’s Wine By-The Glass & Bottle List will be available.  Corkage Fee is $20/bottle, limit two bottles per reservation.
