One of our most successful dining programs introduced this summer was the “Tuesday Prix-Fixe.” Chefs Tim Dube and Olivia Poulos, crafted a simple, yet delicious THREE-COURSE PRIX-FIXE for $38/person++ (does not include beverages/tax/gratuity). The goal was to offer patrons the opportunity to enjoy the Carpe Vino dining experience, but at a special price. Diners are able to construct their custom three-course prix-fixe menu by selecting one starter, one entrée and one dessert which are designated by an asterisk (*). With the holiday season quickly approaching, we will be offering the “Tuesday Prix-Fixe” for THREE more weeks and then taking a hiatus until 2020!

OKAY, so last week it didn’t look like the Astros had a chance, but now who’s up 3-2! No matter what the outcome is today, we are keeping our word and will be having “WIENER WEDNESDAY” tomorrow even if the last out is recorded tonight! SO…if you been holding out ‘til the bitter-end to get your fix of CV’s classic rendition of the “CHICAGO DOG” now is the time to belly-up to the bar and get one/two/three!!! If not, you’ll find yourself quoting an old Chicago Cubs fans saying “Wait ‘til Next Year!”

Why go home after work Thursday!?! Swing in for a quick bite and a glass of wine or signature cocktail at Carpe Vino! BECAUSE, starting at 5pm, on Thursday, (until sold out) we will be serving “Smoked Pork Belly Sandwiches” both in the bar and restaurant. Inspired by the classic “McRib” sandwich from the golden arches, this smoked slab of pork belly (essentially a huge piece of fatty, delectable bacon) will lie on a sesame roll, topped with icebox pickles and onions. Oh, and we wouldn’t serve this without a healthy dose of steak fries!
