SMOKED ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE PO-BOY w/ Fries @ 5PM TONIGHT!
Tonight, we’re doing a little something different for “TSS” and decided to “KICK IT UP A NOTCH” with our version of a Smoked Andouille Sausage Po-Boy. Chef’s Poulos & Dube will start constructing this Po-Boy with a classic French Roll as the base and generous helping of coin sliced sausage, smoked to perfection by Pitmaster Spencer Smith. The team will than add a healthy portion of “creolaise” sauce (mayo, whole grain mustard, hot sauce), southern slaw and pickled onions/peppers. To finish, a side of delicious golden-brown crinkle cut fries!
