Due to our “Memphis in May” Prix-Fixe happening this Friday and Saturday, we will be taking a one week hiatus from our Thursday Night “Smoked Specialties” offering.  Be back next Thursday to see what Pitmaster Spencer Smith will be smokin up OR better yet…make a reservation for Friday or Saturday night!!!
