110 Degree Temps!  Earthquake in Lake Tahoe!  Is it Armageddon out there?!?  Well, probably not!  BUT, you should still make a point of coming down to CV and having some of the TASTIEST ST.  LOUIS SPARE RIBS around…just in case!  NO HEAT WAVE is going to slow down Pitmaster Spencer Smith and his “CINDER-PIT” which was fired up oak logs earlier this morning!  Starting at 5pm, these gorgeous and delectable St. Louis Spare Ribs will be available for $20 in both the Carpe Vino Bar & Restaurant!
