Cold Asian Noodle Salad – 5PM TONIGHT!

Hey guess what?!?  It’s raining again!!!  Seriously, even PHIL CONNORS (Bill Murray’s character in the classic movie Ground Hog Day) would be tiring from all this rainy redundancy!  Yes…we know we need it, but a little reprieve would be nice.  Luckily, we have found a window and fired up “Big Burda” to slowly caress some St. Louis Spare Ribs with good ole wood-fired smoke.  To give you hope that summer may come at some point, your order of Ribs will include a side of “Cold Asian Noodle Salad!”  This refreshing chilled salad consists of Soba noodles (made from buckwheat), picket carrots, cucumber, asparagus, red onion, cilantro and Gochujang dressing.
