Every Wednesday through the MLB season we open at 11:30am so you can snag our famous “Chicago Dog!

All “Chicago-Dogs” will be served w/ delicious and perfectly CRINKLE CUT FRIES!!!
Single Dog $7 or double down and do Two Dogs for $12!

Mid-Week Special (Tuesday – Thursday)

(10 orders available per night)

We love “fried chicken” here at Carpe Vino…who doesn’t?  Welp, starting tomorrow we will be offering our take on “CLASSIC FRIED CHICKEN” both in the restaurant & bar every Tuesday-Thursday.  We will have only 10 orders available per night on a first come, first served basis (sorry, no reserves).

Thursday Smoked Specialty

Nothing says summer liked some good ‘ole smoked ribs!  Now, when they are wood-smoked to perfection on CV’s “Big Burda” by Pitmaster Spencer Smith’s and then smothered in his coveted SHRED SAUCE…that’s a whole new ball game!  This Carolina-style, vinegar-based, mustard sauce is pure genius.  Doubt you’ll need a wet nap, as it is “F-L-G” (our friends at KFC have the trademark so you’ll have to figure that acronym out yourself).

Thursday- Saturday Chef’s Menu Special!

Every week Chef Tim Dube & Olivia Poulos will be offering a weekend menu special.  Lucky for you, we start are weekend on Thursday here at Carpe Vino and this week is the perfect time to try our” FRIED GREEN TOMATOES!”  Please note – those babies are sitting on a HALF-INCH THICK SLAB OF BACON!  Yeah, sign us up too!

Summer on a plate, mixing salty and sweet.  Chef Tim Dube procured delicious “Yeung Farms Specialty Produce” heirloom tomatoes making this dish “POP” with flavor and acidity!

mishima wagyu sirloin

There are no shortcuts to the rich flavors and tenderness of the Mishima Reserve American Wagyu Beef.  Same can be said about this dish, a must!
