Spanning the Globe to Create a World Cup Menu

Speaking of prix-fixe concepts, our next event is taking shape.  Drew is a huge futbol fan (soccer to the rest of us), and he gets a little crazy every four years when the World Cup rolls around.  This year, Brazil is hosting, so Chef Alexander is crafting an international prix-fixe menu that will focus on the cuisine of the top competitors, including the home team.
