Carpe Vino is a family owned and operated business. Drew and Gary Moffat are a father and son team who, along with a cadre of talented food and wine professionals, operate a four-star restaurant and wine bar in addition to their retail wine business. So, we know about customer service, pairing wines and making our guests feel at home. When you buy wine online we don’t view your purchase as simply a transaction; our aim is to create a long lasting relationship… just as we do with the locals who are regulars at our wine bar. A Note About Pricing and Discounts

Our objective at Carpe Vino is to be as competitive as possible with pricing… not to be the low cost provider. To keep it simple, all wines featured on our web site are offered at a 10% discount below the retail prices and in our brick and mortar shop in Auburn, California. To receive online pricing, you must order and pay for your wine through our online processing. We will not honor online pricing in our retail shop (though local purchasers are welcome to order online and pick up at the store).

Some wines, such as allocated selections, are priced at “net,” and no discounts are offered online or in our retail shop.

Online placed by Carpe Vino Wine Club members will receive applicable discounts when orders are processed.
