“Ten Days in Tuscany” Prix-Fixe Mimics Wine Tour

Chef Alexander is working on the menu for our next prix-fixe event, “Ten Days in Tuscany,” based on the kinds of dishes the 29 folks on my recent wine tour enjoyed in Italy.  Drew was on vacation in Italy this fall, too, and he’s also sharing ideas with Chef.

The last prix-fixe for 2016 is set for November 15 to 27; it is priced at $59.95 per person, plus tax and tip for four courses with choices.  Reservations are recommended by calling 530-823-0320 or by going online to www.opentable.com.

This year's wine tour was focused on the wines and food of Tuscany, and our group was richly rewarded.  We visited more than a dozen wineries, and we'll be featuring selections we discovered during our Tuscany event.  Chef will have the menu completed soon, and we'll share details promptly.
