The past three Thursday’s, we have “SOLD OUT” of SMOKED RIBS and thought we might change-it-up a bit! Available both in the Carpe Vino Wine Bar or Restaurant, these SMOKEDCHICKEN THIGHS have been generously rubbed with garlic salt, lemon pepper, chili power and a dousing of mesquite seasoning. With two hours of Oak & Hickory smoke…they are just mouth-watering delicious!!!
