LOUIS SPARE RIBS” which will be tonight’s “SMOKED SPECIALTY.” First bite into one of these delectable treats and you’ll understand why Pitmaster Spencer Smith is a master of his craft!
To top it off, Chef Olivia Poulos will have her piping hot, “ooey-gooey” Mac ‘n’ Cheese prepared as the perfect compliment to your those delicious RIBS!
