Pitmaster Smith will be lighting up good ole “Big Burda,” the most beautiful and perfect vessel to wrap this delicate meat with a consistent 225*, wood-fired smoke, until perfectly seasoned for your eating enjoyment.
Being prepared as an ENTRÉE, this single-serving of SMOKED VEAL CHEEKS (pulled w/red wine sauce) accompanied by creamy grits, herb salad, and shaved horseradish will run you $24. Available both in the restaurant and bar starting at 5pm until SOLD OUT.
