We’re starting the New Year off right with “ST. LOUIS SPARE RIBS” as tonight’s “SMOKED SPECIALTY.”   First bite into one of these delectable treats and you’ll understand why Pitmaster Spencer Smith is a master of his craft!

Half-rack of St. Louis Spare Ribs will be available for $20which includes a side of Chef Alexander’s creamy, tangy, absolutely delicious slaw.  SAUCES?!?  Of course, you have your choice of sauces:

Shred Sauce (Pitmaster Smith’s cult favorite creation) ~ Carolina-style mustard sauce, vinegar-based w/ little kick. 

Bourbon BBQ Sauce ~ smoky, sweet and tangy goodness.

Available both in the Bar & Restaurant starting @ 5PM!
