WINE CLUB MEMBERS – TASTING ALERT & WINE CLUB PICK-UP!!! With a little winter chill in the air, we thought why not taste some REALLY BIG, BOLD, RED WINES…and maybe a Bourbon too! TODAY, from 2PM-4PM we invite all/any Carpe Vino Wine Club Members to join us in the Carpe Vino Wine Mine where Ms. Vicki Revak will be offering a flight of FOUR BIG REDS for you to sample and purchase! Here is what we will have open:
Dragon Tooth (by Trefethen) Red Wine 2016 (Paso Robles, CA) – $59.95/btl
Amapola Creek “Special Select” Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 (Sonoma County, CA) – $55/btl
Hourglass “HGIII” Red Wine 2017 (Napa Valley, CA) – $55/btl
Lancaster “Winemaker Cuvee” Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 (Sonoma County, CA) – $100/btl
All wines will be available at significant discounts when purchasing a six-pack or more (mix/match). Again, this tasting starts promptly @ 2pm for CV CLUB MEMBERS (2 per membership).

This year the Chinese New Year falls on January 25th and we’re celebrating with a THREE-COURSE PRIX-FIXE in the Carpe Vino Wine Mine. Chef Tim Dube and his team will be opening up their bag of tricks with their interpretation of Chinese cuisine. Here is what we will be offering:
“Dumplings” to signify wealth.
Bbq Pork Bao Buns, Pickled Vegetables, Yakiniku Sauce
“Noodles” to signify happiness and longevity.
Hot and Sour Egg Drop Ramen
“Fish” to signify an increase in prosperity.
Whole Roasted Fish, Steamed Rice, Traditional Accompaniments (served family style)
This event is limited to 24 tickets, which go “ON-SALE,” online, Monday, January 13th at 10AM. WE WILL BE SENDING AN EMAIL PRECISELY AT 10AM WITH A LINK TO PURCHASE TICKETS! Tickets cost is $49.95++/per person and includes the cost of dinner (tax/gratuity NOT included), along with TWO beverages (beer, wine, cocktail) to be chosen from a list offered that night.
