The 2014 Inconceivable Chardonnay is part of the Middleton Family lineage that’s been making wine since the 1890’s.   Sourced from select locations in Santa Maria Valley, the Inconceivable is FULL-ON chardonnay.  The “Queen of Tides” moniker refers to the ocean tides that once deposited the precious soils on this stunning land.  Now the tidal sea winds grace the vines to make this truly special wine what it is today.  Just as the label indicates, this wine is designed for the ULITMATE WINE EXPLORER as each landmark on the bottle guides the curious wine lover through an amazing journey.

Winery Tasting Notes: Bright straw color with aromas of tropical fruit, honey, marzipan, wet stone and some yeasty undertones. The wine has flavors of fresh cut pineapple, with a distinctive sea-floor minerality, and a touch of acidity to keep it fresh in the mouth. The viscosity and smooth, full mouthfeel offers nutmeg and cinnamon spice, in a slightly-toasted finish that lingers gracefully
