Drop what you’re doing and make sure you’ve opted for the best internet speed plan possible because we’re about to bog down the web with a steal of a deal wine that can’t be beat!  That’s Right…It’s the 2015 Fortnight Cabernet Sauvignon from the Farm Collective of Napa Valley.  We’ve locked in surge protector pricing at $15.95/bottle on 6+ so here is a “gimmie” birdie opportunity that even Judge Smails (CADDYSHACK) can’t miss!

What is the Farm Collective?

The Farm Collective of Napa Valley was started by industry guru Jim Regusci who you may recognize not only from Regusci Wines but also, he was the man behind Chasing Lions, Rock & Vine, and Twenty Bench.  Next up for Jim was forming the Farm Collective: a small group of friends, farmers, and winemakers who have a common vested interest in the land in which they live.  The result produced exceptionally crafted wines that teamed with beautifully ripened fruit.

Why 2015 Fornight Cabernet Sauvignon?

Because everyone always wants the most bang for the buck!  Right?  Well, that’s what you get in this little doozy, right out of the bottle!  Sourced from Mendocino County, Solano County, and Napa Valley, the 2015 Fornight Cab Sauv consists of 86% cabernet, 12% merlot, and just a skosh of petite sirah.   Beautiful aromatics of DARK BERRIES, BLACK PLUMBS, and TOBACCO waft from your glass with every swirl.  INTENSE FLAVORS of RIPE FRUIT drop anchor on your palate FLAUNTING a VELVETY finish.

Winery Tasting Notes

86% CABERNET SAUVIGNON, 12% MERLOT, 2% PETITE SIRAH
Nose: Blackberries and cassis with dark, macerated maraschino cherries supported by hints of vanilla, cedar and cigar box.
Palate: Dark and brooding with loads of dark fruit, and a solid core of spice. This wine has a soft entry but has great density across the mid-palate and a long, smooth finish.

Cheers,
Jay
