This 2014 predominately Sierra Foothills Cabernet Sauvignon is absolutely delicious and ready to drink now.  Sticking with “4th of July” wines this week…a Carpe Vino regular & good friend would consider this to be a “ding-ding” wine…meaning, APPROVED!  With tasting notes like this…how can it not be?
