It’s gonna be another hot one tomorrow, so why cook when you can take the family to Carpe Vino for “Tri-Tip Tuesday?!?”  Tomorrow night and throughout the summer, Carpe Vino will have SMOKED “TRI-TIP” available as a TUESDAY NIGHT SPECIAL for $19!  Best part, we are going to offer it TWO WAYS!

Pitmaster Spencer Smith and Chefs Tim Dube & Olivia Poulos have collaborated to create the perfect mid-week, tasty dinner special that won’t break the bank.  Knowing the heat is FULL BORE, leave the smoking/cooking to us!  We will be offering our $19 TRI-TIP special both as an entrée salad or entrée platter with full descriptions below!

Little Gem & Frissee Salad w/ TRI-TIP | green goddess, bacon lardon, summer cucumber, cherry tomato, point reyes blue, 63-degree egg - $19
