The first time SKREWBALL was introduced to THE CV CREW, we collectively said, “Peanut Butter Whiskey…you’re kidding, right?!?” Eager to try it, we each grabbed a small glass and after one sniff/taste collectively said (with a chuckle), “I can’t believe it, but that SH@T is good…actually, really good!!! Can’t believe it tastes like straight up peanut butter with whiskey!”
Here is the story: “Born in Ocean Beach, California, Skrewball’s story is just as unique as the contents of the bottle. Skrewball started from the passion of a bartender and foodie who owned a local watering hole. His bar and restaurant is known for its band of misfits, black sheep and Skrewballs that have always encouraged the community to join the nightly party—but more importantly, were always there to support the community when anyone needed a helping hand.
When he first combined his favorite classics—peanut butter and whiskey—to create the most delicious shot, many snubbed their nose at this idea. But, it didn’t take long before it became their signature shot. DISTILLER’S NOTES:
Color: Medium Oak.
Aroma: As you would expect, the aromas are filled with warm peanuts and honey.
Taste: Again, the taste of fresh roasted peanut come first, followed by toasted rye bread, Butterfingers candy bars, and a dash of pepper.
Finish: Long and fun!

We have recently launched our new e-commerce website and there are some things you will need to know. First and foremost, this site is connected to our current Point-of-Sale & Wine CLUB system, which is linked to all CV WINE CLUB MEMBER accounts. If you are currently an ACTIVE CV WINE CLUB MEMBER and have not previously logged into this site to update a credit card, you will need to update your password. (If you have previously logged into this system, use your username and password like normal).
First, ACTIVE CV MEMBERS click “LOGIN” which will ask you for your username & password. Then please click “forgot password” and follow the prompt by typing in your “USERNAME.” Your “USERNAME” is the email address associated with your Carpe Vino Wine Club Account. Once you enter your email address, please click “submit” and check your email for further instructions. Once you have updated your “password” you will be able to login and see member only pricing and also view and make updates to your account.
