The growing conditions in 2015 were perfect, with low yields creating highly concentrated wines. In most cases, to even attempt to pull off an event like this wouldn’t be feasible because most Burgundy, especially the top Domaines can retail for anywhere between $200-$2000+ per bottle. AND…that’s if you can even find the wine to purchase.
Partnering with Paul Bullard and selecting wines exclusively from the Beaune Imports portfolio we have been able to create an remarkable tasting experience touching on everything from a daily drinking Borgogne Rouge to the most famous designation…GRAND CRU! Here is our full tasting lineup:

This pre-paid ticketed event is Wednesday, June 27th and starts at 6pm sharp! Upon arrival, guests will begin their Burgundian experience with the 2016 Lafon Macon Clos de la Crochette. Each guest will then receive six+ (two-three ounce) pours of the wines listed above along with family style dishes paired/produced by Chef Eric Alexander. Though the full menu isn’t available, here are a few of the dishes Chef Alexander will be featuring:

Gnocchi Parisienne w/ Ragout of “Coq Au Vin”
