Over 16 years, we have found one constant to always remain true when it comes to selling wine; “get it in the glass.” Our most successful events, whether it’s a 90 wine/200 person extravaganza or an intimate night with 20 folks in the wine mine…people will “buy it when they try it” first. With the new year, new ownership team (email about that coming out today too) and a new direction, we did want to get back to what got us here; great wines, great events and great customer service.
To kick things off we are starting with an event directed towards a handful of our top customers who appreciate the “good stuff.” A group of customers we have dubbed: “The Connoisseur’s Club.” As a fine wine connoisseur, you have been “specifically selected” for our first invitation only ticketed event on Saturday, February 10th, 2018 @ 6:30 P.M. Within the intimate walls of the Carpe Vino wine mine, Drew and myself will guide you through TEN different “Big Reds” that are generally reserved for mailing lists and/or fine dining restaurant wine lists. This is truly a unique “try before you buy” (all wines for sale) opportunity paired with Carpe Vino’s critically acclaimed Chef/Owner Eric Alexander’s family-style feast (you won’t leave hungry). As stated there will be only 12 seats available which will require the purchase of a prepaid “ticket.” “Tickets” cost $100/person which include; event cost (food & 10+ two ounce tastes), tax and gratuity.
