Over the past two years, Carpe Vino’s “Family Winemaker Series” has provided access to some of the most prestigious winemakers and winery owners in the world.  Constantly on the quest to attract more talented winemakers, we created a “Wish List” of sorts and distributed that to all our wine/spirit purveyors.  Last week we were notified that one of our TOP WISHES finally came through and HUGH DAVIES, PRESIDENT, CEO & VINTNER of SCHRAMSBERG will be joining us on Tuesday, November 6th for another installment of our “Family Winemaker Series.”  This intimate evening will commence at 6PM in the CarpeVino wine mine and is limited to only 20 guests.  Guests will try SEVEN different Schramsberg (5 bubbles) & J. Davies (2 still) wines, along with four different course of family-style dishes, while discussing all things SCHRAMSBERG with Hugh Davies. TICKETS ARE $95/person (all inclusive) and CAN BE PURCHASED NOW – ONLINE ONLY.

This will be our SIXTH “FWS” event and when it comes to the food/wine pairings you know Chef Alexander and his team are going to “NAIL IT!”  With the menu still in the works, we can’t give you all the details, but we did hear that CAVIAR would be highlighting one dish.  Check out this rock-star lineup for Tuesday, November 6th:
