WELL…This is one of those days when its not just good to be a Carpe Vino Wine Club Member…ITS FRICKIN FANTASTIC! Scott Pruett, what more can you say about the man? Either he’s winning any race involving a steering wheel and gas pedal or he’s receiving unbelievable scores for the small production wines he makes right here in Placer County! Over the past month, Wine Spectator INsider has been releasing a score a week for Pruett Vineyard wines. So far, Pruett has received 93 Points, 94 Points and 95 Points for three of his wine and that doesn’t even include his crown jewel the CHAMPIONSHIP CUVEE! These are amazing scores especially for the price of these wines! We received one of the only allocations outside of the winery mailing list and we are planning on tasting and selling it all this Saturday from 1-4pm! SO…wine club members…come down and taste 3 of the 4 (sorry…Champ Cuvee is too limited to pour) Pruett wines and stock up your cellar and/or last minute Christmas gifts. If you have any questions…please feel free to email or call me at your earliest convenience. These wines won’t be available for purchase online until AFTER the tasting on Saturday…once they are gone…they’re gone!
