Staff Review:  RICHARD HAMILTON – Kathryn and Craig Hall’s have grown HALL Wines to be among the most consistent and highest quality producers in Napa. They are focused on sustainability of the Napa Valley eco system which is evident in both the winery and the vineyards. The gravity flow winery is LEED Gold certified and 100% of the estate fruit is Organically grown. The wine is darn good too! Thier Sauvignon Blanc is crisp, thirst-quenching and perfect for our hot summers. We could drink this by the gallon! Lots of citrus, stone fruit and some lovely flora notes framed by excellent minerality and acidity. It is Sauv Blanc season at my house for the next few months!
