Winery Tasting Notes: Opulent but well-balanced chardonnay opens with aromas of ripe pear, quince, warm toast and vanilla bean. On the palate, ripe apple and notes of pie spice are highlighted by fresh citrus,  the melody of complex flavors lingering long on the finish.

Fun Facts: “Well-made, accessible and inexpensive.”  Upon graduation from UCD in 1995, winemaker Anthony Biagi  joined Duckhorn, where by 1998 he was named winemaker for the new Paraduxx Winery. In March 2003, Biagi joined the Plumpjack Group, where he remained for nearly 10 years, serving as Winemaker for Plumpjack and becoming the Founding Winemaker of Cade in 2005.
