Winery Tasting Notes: Fresh, with a light, zippy mix of peach, lemon and verbena notes.  Delicate green and lemon flavors, citrus fruits, green apple and kiwi aromas. The minerality gives a long finish with smoothness and elegance.

Fun Facts: Made with the same attention to detail as Jolivet’s great Sancerres, this wine is made from grapes grown outside the appellation. Textbook Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire produced from an estate owned single vineyard within Chevery.
