Wood-Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich Back Tonight @ 5pm!!!

It’s time to take a break from burgers and FIRE UP the ole CV Smoker – a.k.a “BIG BERTHA!”  CV’s Pitmaster Spencer Smith was “kickin tires & lightin fires” early on the ‘que but still snapped a shot of these shoulders sweatin away!

 
Tonight, we will be offering a Wood-Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich w/ coleslaw and Chef Alexander’s house-made Brioche bun.  It will be served w/ spicy bread & butter pickles, topped off with our CV-style steak fries.  Best part is you get your choice of sauce; Carolina Mustard or Smoky Red Wine BBQ!   Available in the Carpe Vino Wine Bar & Dining Room for only $13!
