PITMASTER SPENCER SMITH is an expert when it comes to smoking meat(s), but when smoking “PORK BUTT” (aka pork shoulder) he’s truly a SAVANT!!!  At roughly 4am, Pitmaster Smith loaded “BIG BURDA” (CV’s SMOKER) up with some outstanding apple-wood logs which will permeate around our pork butts for most of the day.  Smoked to completion and earning their pink-ring of flavor, these babies will be shredded to perfection and doused in Pitmaster’s Smith Signature “SHRED SAUCE” (a Carolina-style mustard sauce, vinegar-based w/ little kick).  For only $13, this delicious SMOKED PULLED PORK SANDWICH will come with house-made slaw, butter pickles & a mound of crispy golden French Fries!!!

Chefs Tim Dube and Olivia Poulos have been on a tear with weekend dining specials and this is THE HOTTEST ONE YET!  No seriously, it’s REALLY HOT!  Chefs Dube & Poulos are taking a spin at the famed NASHVILLE “HOT” CHICKEN while applying an Asian twist!  Fried to perfection this two-piece chicken meal (thigh and drum) is covered in our house-made “Asian-Inspired Hot Sauce” consisting of Korean chili flakes, Gochujang, hot chili oil, red pepper flakes and sambal!   For $13, your two-piece Asian Hot Chicken comes with Chinese bread, butter pickles and grilled corn w/ miso butter!
