Then rich and dense with outstanding acid-fruit balance and vibrant, noteworthy length to the flavors that are very similar to the aromas. This has an almost Riesling-like stoniness on the finish.”

After reading those reviews and knowing this wine is ONLY $14.95/BOTTLE (6+ bottles), we don’t think it should take much more to convince you to BUY IT!  That said, many of you are probably wondering…”WHAT IS SOAVE?”

WINE SPECTATOR explains that “Soave”(pronounced “SWAH-vay”) is a dry white wine from the Soave DOC, or designated winegrowing area, of the Veneto region in northeast Italy. The wine is made from at least 70 percent Garganega grapes, with the remainder comprised of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and/or a rare grape called “Trebbiano di Soave.”  

This particular vintage is 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano…but 100% FREAKIN DELICIOUS! Trust on this one…you want “SOAVE” IN YOUR GLASS THIS WEEKEND!
