Last email (today), but this is a SPECTACULAR SPARKLING WINE DEAL(S) that we just couldn’t wait any longer to share!  On Thursday, we were making an order with of our esteemed wine brokers and we asked “anything else we should know about?”

There was a slight pause on the line which was then followed up by “This is weird.  Le Reve just popped up on special and there are only 11 six-packs available!”  

Without hesitation we quickly replied…”SOLD.  LOCK IT UP.  PUSH THE ORDER NOW SO WE DON’T LOSE IT!”  

This was awesome score, such good news, because this SPARKLING WINE is one of the BEST IN CALIFORNIA which is made at Domaine Carneros, a Taittenger winery!  Problem was there were only 260 CASES PRODUCED and it received 93 POINTSfrom WINE SPECTATOR and just because it is ordered…doesn’t mean you’ll receive it!  

Friday morning when the big red delivery truck arrived, we were like RALPHIE from The Christmas Story, waiting for that back door to open and see if we got all 11 six-packs, or as in Ralphie’s case, that “Red Rider BB GUN!”  Guess what?  We did!

WHAT IS LE REVE?

HOW DOES IT TASTE:

A classic Le Rêve with lovely notes of white flowers, Meyer lemon, poached pear and a hint of grilled pineapple. e palate opens up to honeysuckle and crème brûlée. e full mouth feel leads to a very round and long finish. Delicious now, but there will be additional flavor benefits for those who can wait.  11.8% ALC
