This holiday season will be unlike any other with office parties, family celebrations and “White Elephant” parties, taking on a whole new landscape to comply with Covid-19 regulations.  Even though the Carpe Vino Restaurant & Bar (along with our intimate “Wine Mine”) are closed, it doesn’t mean you can’t have OUTSTANDING CV FARE for any small gathering you may be hosting/attending.  

TONIGHT, we will be offering TWO of our HOLIDAY PARTY PLATTERS as “WEEKEND SPECIALS!”  These platters are designed to serve up to EIGHT very HUNGRY GUESTS and deliver the classic CV fare you come to expect (minus dessert).  The two platters being offered are:

OVEN ROASTED SALMON (SERVES 8)
– Mixed Green Salad |Shaved Fennel, Goat Cheese, Candied Walnut, Pomegranate Molasses
– Puree Of Wild Mushroom Soup (TWO QUARTS)
– Cauliflower And Black Truffle Farrotto
– Vinaigrette

½ BONELESS PRIME RIB (SERVES 8)

Chef Tim Dube & Co. will leave both the Salmon (6-8 OZ PER PERSON) and Prime Rib (5LBS UNCOOKED) whole and leaving the slicing/portioning to you!  This will also help the integrity of your platters keeping temperature while travelling to their final destination.   With so much on the platter, we couldn’t squeeze all the accompaniments into the pictures (below), but you will be receiving enough soup, salad (pictures below) and seasonal veges to serve 8 guests as well!  We have done the math and these meals just scream value with the Salmon at $32.50/person and Prime Rib at $36.88/person.

We know this isn’t the ideal holiday party function you were planning to have, but we’re all going to make the best of it and we do hope you still will consider Carpe Vino as your dining option!  There will be five of these platters available today and tomorrow.  Our FULL LIST of Holiday Dining Platters along with order protocols will be sent in a detailed email (also available on our website) shortly!  OH, and don’t forget…the ALA CARTE MENU IS STILL AVAILABLE AS WELL!

We will not be offering a dessert option for the month of December, ala carte or party platters.

• All orders must be placed online 45mins before arrival.  Online orders will be accepted until 6:15pm with final pick-up at 7pm.
