Since pivoting to a “To-Go” only menu, our two BEST-SELLING items have been the Smoked St. Louis Spareribs and our Pulled Pork Platter. When Chef Tim Dube and Pitmaster Spencer Smith were discussing options for CV’s weekend special, they thought why not combine both!
It’s no secret that most of the staff here at CV and CVW&S are huge football fans and one of our favorite past times is getting together for a “tailgate” party. Whether it’s actually in a parking lot outside of the stadium, in a garage or just a backyard, there’s nothing better than talking football, drinking libations and eating some delicious BBQ with friends and/or family. Thus, we are offering 10 orders of our (tailgate inspired) “TAILGATE PARTY” SMOKED BBQ PLATTER!
For $85/platter (tax included) this “TAILGATE PARTY” SMOKED BBQ PLATTER, comes fully loaded with:
Whole Rack Smoked St. Louis Style Spareribs
1lb – “Smoked Shred Till Dead BBQ” Pulled Pork
3 – “Evergood” Hot Links
1qt – Dings Coleslaw
1qt – House-made Baked Beans
6oz – “Shred Till Dead BBQ” Shred Sauce
6oz – House-made pickles
6 – White bread slices
6 – TCHO Chocolate Cookies
As with all of our platters, this is built to serve a small Army as you are getting a whole rack of ribs to start! Historically, smoked spareribs on our menu would sell for $22-$24 for a half rack and easily satisfied two people. This platter has DOUBLE the RIBS and that’s just the start! Believe us this will satisfy a small gathering of 4-6 people or be delicious leftovers for days, if you are just ordering for one or two! BTW, don’t forget to add a salad or some Brussel sprouts…oh, and check out this new dessert!!!

• Place order online by selecting items from the dropdown(s) below and completing all information requested at the bottom of the order form. ALL PRICES LISTED INCLUDE TAX
• Select your preferred pick-up time between 4PM-7PM.
• All orders must be placed online 45mins before arrival. Online orders will be accepted until 6:15pm with final pick-up at 7pm.
• All orders must be pre-paid and processed successfully before prepared.
ORDER “TO-GO” FOR “HIGGINS CORNER” DROP-OFF (5:15PM – 5:30PM)

• UPON CHECKOUT – Select “HIGGINS CORNER” Drop-Off
• All orders must be placed online by 3:30PM (no orders will be accepted after 3:30 for delivery).
