Chef Tim Dube & Pitmaster Spencer Smith are partnering up again this weekend bringing back the TRI-TRI PLATTER, which SOLD OUT both nights last weekend. Each TRI-TIP is 2-2.5 POUNDS of perfectly seasoned, perfectly smoked and well, just perfect. The platter is overflowing with Chef Dube’s tomato mozzarella salad, sauteed French beans, potato puree, mushroom & caramelized shallot brown gravy and chocolate truffles. Seriously, there is enough here to feed a small Army (4-5 people). If not, a couple can enjoy those leftovers for days! There are only 10 orders available each night (Friday & Saturday), so….
Orders will only be taken for same day pick-up. No advance pre-orders. Thank you.

• Place order online by selecting items from the dropdown(s) below and completing all information requested at the bottom of the order form. ALL PRICES LISTED INCLUDE TAX
• Select your preferred pick-up time between 4PM-7PM.
• All orders must be placed online 45mins before arrival. Online orders will be accepted until 6:15pm with final pick-up at 7pm.
• All orders must be pre-paid and processed successfully before prepared.
